Victorian political prisoner Mr Julian Knight maintains his unrelenting legal battles against the compromised judiciary over the recurring injustice of mistrials by successively biased ombudsmen and justices.
The most recent appeal process has been the hearing by the Federal Court of Australia (Melbourne) of Mr Knight’s appeal against his being refused reparation payment for the repeated bastardisation Defence Abuse he sustained at RMC Duntroon. The legal process in cahoots with the ADF and politicians in power is corrupt.
He and Ben Roberts-Smith aren’t soldiers for giving up easily. Both have been separately accused by politicians, and their mates in the judiciary and media (likely members of The Australian Club) of being “vexatious litigants”.
But the public slurring of an appellant who’s been denied justice and appealing – as being a “vexatious litigant” – is a form of authoritarian censorship and a low-brow reversal case of defamation.
