The current Andrews Labor Victorian Government‘s department responsible for its state prisons, Corrections Victoria, has recently chosen to illegally deny political prisoner Julian Knight his human right to receive mail whilst in prison. This includes denying Julian any simple paper letter mailed in a paper envelope.
Two letters addressed to Julian Knight dated 17th and 18th February 2022 respectively from his consulting representative on the outside were returned by G4S1 prison staff back to his consulting representative on 7th March 2022, the second not even opened. This means that Julian Knight is being denied his basic human rights to received ordinary mail.
The foreign corporate manager of Port Phillip Prison in Melbourne, G4S Global, where Julian Knight continues to be incarcerated as a political prisoner of the Victorian Daniel Andrew Labor Government. G4S is headquartered in London.
On 8th March 2022, a formal complaint was lodged to Dr Emma Cassar, Commissioner of Corrections Victoria, Level 22, 121 Exhibition Street Melbourne VIC 3000 as follows:

RE: Formal Complaint – Port Phillip Prison rejecting mail exchange to Victorian Prisoner #49821 Mr Julian Knight
We hereby lodge a formal complaint against the Victorian Government’s department ‘Corrections Victoria’ in its authority for its outsourced management of Port Phillip Prison at Truganina to G4S Australia Pty Ltd. This complaint relates to G4S management’s recent decision to deny mail communication to/from one of its prisoners Mr Julian Knight.
Our mail correspondence addressed to Mr Knight dated 17th February 2022 and 18th February 2022 to:

Laverton VIC 3028have both been returned yesterday labelled RTS (return to sender) and “GORG” 2.
Our letter dated 17th February 2022 was returned to us unopened, whilst our letter dated 18th February 2022 had been opened and many page staples removed, so suggesting that it had been photocopied, we presume by some prison intercepting censor employed by G4S.
It also indicates that these two letters were intercepted by G4S and not forwarded on to our client Julian Knight.
We point out that that we represent Mr Julian Knight’s interests in respect to his personal welfare and health, to his access to rehabilitation including further education, access to communications including to legal support and to the Internet, to his prisoner rights and to his human rights.
We implore your investigation into this worrying development of G4S denying one of its prisoners a right to basic external communications, and to you disciplining those staff concerned with the censorship and so to ensuring ongoing mail communications between us and Mr Knight to be re-established and maintained.

Subsequent enquiries confirm that Julian had already accessed and read the respective Wikipedia pages anyway.
Julian has advised that both Wikipedia pages are incorrect as to facts in many ways, biased against him including politically, written by unaccountable anonymous writers (as is Wikipedia and its founder Jimmy Wales form), full of omissions and spurious sources. These spurious sources are typically from News Corps Australia and its ongoing public hate campaign against Julian, but conspicuously not Duntroon bastardisation that inculcated the Hoddle Street shooting spree.
Deputy Commissioner Westin is incorrect stating “your invitation to revise these articles for the purpose of his version on the internet.’
Neither the consultant nor this website seeks to have anything to do with fake defamatory Wikipedia and its Leftist propaganda cohorts. Wikipedia has long been discredited as a reference of facts. It is typically a go to platform of fake news, hate speech by those with vendettas against anyone they seek to discredit.
This website more than serves Julian Knight’s genuine and truthful interests about the relevant facts. In this regard, Julian has no need “to commission, arrange, enable or allow another person to use or access the internet on the prisoner’s behalf.”
Clearly our Melissa Westin, Deputy Commissioner, Custodial Operations is not Internet savvy. The fabricated bias about Julian Knight on Wikipedia is systemic fake news. Just read the pseudonym names of the Wikipedia authors as follows:
