Complaints Management Policy at CSU (but none such exists at antiquated RMC Duntroon)

Unlike RMC Duntroon, this policy explains how Charles Sturt University manages serious complaints from students, staff and
members of the public and ensures that complaints management processes are compliant with the relevant standards and best practice guidelines.

The University encourages its students and staff to be independent and effective problem solvers. With the exception of serious complaints, students and staff must attempt to resolve their concerns at the point of origin before lodging a complaint.

RMC Duntroon couldn’t give a rats – ‘weed out the weak‘ being its motto.   …what so BYO loaded pump action on Day 1?
