More disturbing revelations have emerged out of the ADF Jedi Council’s Email Porn Ring Scandal (2010-2013) that the porn misbehaviour was just the tip of the iceberg of the institutionalised depraved impropriety culture of Australia’s Army brass.
The ADF have embraced bastardisation in civilian-military conversion training since Duntroon’s initiation in 1911. In recent years, they’ve allowed female entrants permitted to reach a lesser physical combat standard to the males. What capable male soldier would share combat with a female liability and frankly being with an enemy target in male bastions of Iraq and Afghanistan, etc?
The ADF have desperately invited foreigners to enlist including anti-Christ mussies, and invited open homosexuality, endorsing homosexual members to march with ‘pride’ in Sydney’s annual street Mardi Gras. The ADF have imposed ‘wear it purple’ and embraced inclusion and diversity in fake gender transvestite converts. What next? The ADF so numbers depleted to invite enlistment from foreign non-English speakers and from the Chinese PLA? We wouldn’t put such policy agenda past the Canberran polly lot.
ADF brass is so increasingly exploiting its core base. Why are ADF resignations at record levels? Ramming down new wave impropriety ideology down the throats of good honest soldiers only results in increased resignation from the latter, holding the moral standards from prior honoured brass.
Morrison was born and bred in leftist polly Canberra. He’s from the post Vietnam War generation; a full blown leftie; never seen combat, never commanded troops in combat; just practised exercises and done a bit of peace keeping. “The son of Major General Alan “Alby” Morrison, Morrison attended insular St Edmund’s College, Canberra.

After secondary school graduation,Morrison then attended the Australian National University, where he studied arts and law. In 1979, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and joined the Australian Army – that is at nearby RMC Duntroon; just a 6 km drive away from Griffith. [Read More]
Now how did Morrison become Chief of Army (in charge of currently 44,000 Australian troops – way down from 75,000) with no combat experience, but just a mouth?
Well, consider this old British tradition: His father’s Army pedigree (jobs for the boys) and harking back to the (military rank) Purchase System:
So then with Morrison’s promotion after promotion, he then abuses his authority and power by imposing this ideological ‘inclusion’ and ‘diversity’ crap down the necks of Army seriously capable male war fighters, else told to “GET OUT!”:

Now this is a different recruitment image to the Army’s wholly British traditions extending back to the Boer War…

On Friday 14 June 2013, Chief of Army David Morrison (a very publicly de-closeted homosexual himself online [Read More]) broadcast to Australian Army troops to respect women or ‘get out’. That YouTube video for those who managed to not see it on TV, despite it going viral nationally and globally around that time is this below…

Watch that notorious hissy-fit video before the ADF deletes it…
On the face of it, the message would seem morally proper that the Army’s chief Lieutenant General David Morrison says the army has “no place” for members that denigrate women:
- Army chief LTGEN David Morrison issued a stern warning to personnel after it was revealed that dozens of members were involved in the distribution of hundreds of explicit emails denigrating women. “[The] conduct, if proven, has not only brought the army into disrepute, but has let down every one of you and all of those whose past service has won the respect of our nation,” he said.
- LTGEN Morrison addressed defence personnel in a video uploaded to YouTube, telling sexist troops “to get out” and “find something else to do”
- In his message to members of the army recorded on Wednesday 12th June 2013 and uploaded to YouTube, Chief of Army General David Morrison said there is “no place” in the army for members who “exploit and demean” their colleagues.
- LTGEN Morrison said there had been a systemic problem, and urged personnel to uphold defence force values (What are those values? Indeed, what are those values this year? What new ‘values’ standards is Army descending to?)
- LTGEN Morrison’s hypocritical hissy fit speech extract:
“Evidence collected to date has identified a group within our ranks who have allegedly produced highly inappropriate material demeaning women, and distributed it across the internet and Defence’s email networks. If this is true, then the actions of these members are in direct contravention of every value the Australian Army stands for.
There has been a systemic problem, and urged personnel to uphold defence force values. I will be ruthless in ridding the army of people who cannot live up to its value, and I need everyone of you to support me in achieving this. If we are a great national institution – if we care about the legacy left to us by those who have served before us, if we care about the legacy we leave to those who, in turn, will protect and secure Australia – then it is up to us to make a difference. If you’re not up to it, find something else to do with your life. There is no place for you amongst this band of brothers and sisters [bar trannies].”
He also issued a warning to army personnel who bullied or humiliated their colleagues. [Duntroon senior cadets pardoned?]
“Those who think that it is okay to behave in a way that demeans or exploits their colleagues have no place in this army,” Morrison stated.
[NOTE: Morrison avoided RMC Duntroon back then (1980), having instead attended and graduated from the alternative 12-month course at Army Officer Cadet School (OCS) Portsea in Victoria. So lucky that he managed to dodge a certain RMC bastardisation bullet for detectable homosexuality by alpha-male senior cadets!]
Morrie rattled on in his July 2013 videoed epistle to the troops..
“If that does not suit you, then get out. The same goes for those who think that toughness is built on humiliating others. If you become aware of any individual degrading another, then show moral courage and take a stand against it. [Jack on your mates]. There are other offences to do with inappropriate use of defence computing systems and there are references in the many emails we have seen to possibly the use of illicit drugs and they are all matter for investigation.”
Well, that hissy-fit outburst by Australia’s Chief of Army Morrison [2011-2015] was on 14 June 2013 and it went public and viral.
A month later, the media revealed that the diatribe had not actually been written by said Morrison, but rather his fellow transgender LTCOL Cate McGregor (formerly know as Malcolm upon enlistment) who had since come out about abuse in the Army, and who had privately decided to chum up with Morrison in tranny solidarity.
On 5th July 2013, both the ABC TV’s programme ‘One Plus One’ hosted by presenter by Jane Hutcheon, as well as News Corps reported Ian McPhedran publicly reported that it was in fact fellow Army transgender ‘Lieutenant Colonel Cate McGregor‘, who had come out that it was she (he/it) as the official speech writer for then Australia’s Chief of Army Lieutenant General David Morrison, and had so written Morrison’s hissy-fit ‘Get Out’ ultimatum speech.

‘Alpha-tranny’ Army brass vengeance by summarily mass sacking subordinate alpha-male suspects
News Corp news item ‘Transgender Lieutenant Colonel (LTCOL) Cate McGregor has come out about abuse and support’ July 5, 2013 , by Defence Writer Ian McPhedran
<< The person behind the stirring speech delivered by army chief Lieutenant General (LTGEN) David Morrison in the wake of shocking revelations about an army email sex ring was ‘his’ transgender speechwriter, LTCOL McGregor. Formerly Malcolm McGregor, (LTCOL) McGregor is the highest ranking of six transgender people serving in the Australian Defence Force *, as well as being a globally renowned cricket writer.
One of her strongest supporters is Lt General Morrison, who refused to accept her resignation when she went public and told him that she was causing embarrassment to his office. The support was in place early and as soon as McGregor confided in her boss and friend Morrison told her that “I want you to know that I’m privileged that you felt you could tell me about the crisis you’re facing and I will be with you every step of the way. And I was very moved by that. I felt, up to that point, very isolated, I couldn’t see a future in the army with this condition and he said ‘let me know what you need to do, but you have my support. >>
[Sexist bias favour toward a fellow tranny or what?]
<< More often than not I’ve quit and resigned and said ‘I’m causing embarrassment to your office’ and he has unfailingly supported me and insisted I continue to serve on,” she(former he) tells ABC TV’s “One Plus One” program today.
Expanding on the themes touched on in the now famous speech, Lt Colonel McGregor says that her boss took the view that the army simply could not survive if it became a demographic ghetto, a smokestack industry in a changing world.
“He knew that there needed to be more women in the army … that if you were physically and mentally good enough to be a soldier, then the army wanted you and he’s rigorously enforced that, whether on grounds of gender, race or sexuality.”
The email ring, known as the “Jedi council”, distributed degrading images and messages about women, both in and outside the services, who might be exploited for sex.
“Those who think it is OK to behave in a way that demeans or exploits their colleague have no place in this army,” Lt Gen Morrison told the troops by video. “Show moral courage and take a stand against it.”
Lieutenant Colonel McGregor said the most difficult part of her transformation had been telling her then wife.
“It was very taxing for both of us. It was the hardest conversation I have ever had with another human being, telling her what was going on,” she says. “She had watched with growing alarm and sadness as I struggled with something that I couldn’t put a name on and it was distressing in the extreme for her. “She’s experienced terrible loss in this in that she’s seen a husband essentially die but not had the closure of a funeral. But we get on very well. We’re soulmates, we’re very, very close and she’s the most wonderful person I’ve ever met.” >>
COMMENT:
* Formerly Malcolm McGregor, (LTCOL) McGregor is the highest ranking of “six transgender people serving in the Australian Defence Force”
Well, “As of July 2025, the permanent Australian Defence Force (ADF) workforce is approximately 61,189 people, and the total ADF workforce, including Reserves, is about 90,000 personnel.” So 6 trannies out of 90,000 represents 0.00007 %. That would not seem sufficient a proportion to undermine the ADF culture with diversity and inclusion ideology, nor to seed any fear within Australia’s military enemies like China’s PLA.
ADF 101 arse covering order: Morrison indiscriminately ‘cluster-bomb’ crackdowns within Army
Morrison, as Chief of the Army, then suspended three accused soldiers that it considered were behind the ‘Jedi Knight’ Porn Email Ring Scandal. But that was just the beginning.
Four months following Morrison summarily sacking the first three Army soldiers (without trial) suspected of being part of the Jedi Council’s email porn distribution, by 15th November 2013, Morrison sacked another three serving alpha male soldiers ‘suspected of just receiving the porn emails.
<< The Australian Defence Force (ADF) has terminated the service of six members over their involvement in the “Jedi council” scandal.
The chief of the army, Lieutenant General David Morrison, announced on Thursday that the six soldiers, ranking from sergeant to major, were kicked out of the force “in relation to the production or distribution of highly inappropriate material demeaning women, across both Defence computer systems and the public internet”.
In June, Morrison announced an ADF investigation after it was discovered that a group of ADF personnel had been creating explicit and degrading images and video of women and distributing it. Three of the men filmed women engaging in explicit acts without their knowledge. The emails were sent to others, including senior members of the ADF, public servants and civilians.
The accused men had been members of the defence force “in excess of 10 years” and the group, who referred to themselves as the “Jedi council”, included majors, captains, warrant officers and sergeants. Three were immediately suspended and referred to police over the incident.
“Both the text and images are explicit, derogatory, demeaning and are repugnant to me,” Morrison said at the time, describing it as “worse than the Skype incident”.
Morrison said at least some of the text was directed at the women. “They are victims here. They are not in any way shape or form part of what this group has done,” he said.
The six men who have been sacked are from both regular and reserve army units and include three who are currently subject to a NSW police investigation.
A further 11 officers and non-commissioned officers were identified during the ADF’s investigation of the Jedi council, and seven of them are still under consideration for termination of service. The other four will be provided an opportunity to plead their case against facing administrative sanctions.
The ADF is also considering disciplinary or administrative action against 172 individuals, primarily from the army, who “were identified as peripheral to the group’s email exchanges”.
Morrison was praised at the time the scandal was made public for delivering a scathing address to personnel via the Australian defence force website, which was widely shared online.
He said he would be “ruthless in ridding the army of people who cannot live up to its values”.
“The standard you walk past is the standard you accept. That goes for all of us, but especially those, who by their rank, have a leadership role,” he said.
A June report on the audit by the Australian human rights commission of the treatment of women within the ADF and ADFA found the organisations were making “good progress” but there was an urgent need to implement a sexual ethics program.
Morrison said there had been 122 terminations of ADF service this year for charges of misconduct or unacceptable behaviour (50 members), prohibited substances (53 members) and for civilian offences (19 members).
“These 122 individuals have engaged in conduct which is inconsistent with the army’s values of courage, initiative, respect and teamwork and the standards of behaviour that we demand of all members of our army,” said Morrison.
“The Australian army is overwhelmingly an organisation of 44,000 talented and professional men and women who serve their country with pride and distinction.
Last week the service of former officer cadet Daniel McDonald was terminated following his conviction in an ACT court of using a carriage service in an offensive manner and committing an act of indecency.
McDonald filmed himself having sex with a woman and streamed the footage via Skype to six other cadets without her knowledge. The victim is currently suing the defence department for compensation. >>
‘Jedi Council’ sex ring: 171 Australian Defence Force staff disciplined

<< More than 170 defence personnel were sacked or disciplined over the allegations around the creation and distribution of explicit and degrading emails, including images of a woman having sex which were taken without her knowledge.
In June 2013 the chief of army, Lieutenant General David Morrison, revealed the Australian Defence Force (ADF) was investigating a large number of military personnel who had allegedly created or shared the “explicit, derogatory, demeaning and repugnant” emails. A number of ADF personnel were sacked over the incident, and several were referred to police.
The army has since terminated the service of 10 soldiers ranked from lance corporal to major – six of them in November last year – in response to the ADF investigation into the allegations, and another 161 officers and noncommissioned officers were identified as involved.
“These individuals received administrative sanctions, such as censures, formal warnings or performance counselling, and/or punishment under the Defence Force Discipline Act,” a defence department spokeswoman told Guardian Australia.
Two soldiers were still under consideration for “administrative action,” she said.
A number of those dismissed included soldiers with overseas combat experience who were suffering post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the Australian reported.
A spokesman for the ADF said while PTSD may be a mitigating factor, “it is not a defence to transgressing defence policy and army values”.
On Tuesday the alleged ringleader of the group, which referred to itself as the “Jedi Council”, pleaded guilty to three charges of using a carriage service to cause offence.
The charges against Hastings Fredrickson related to three emails, and his plea “conceded the content of those emails was offensive,” his lawyer Peter Woodhouse told Guardian Australia. Three other charges were withdrawn.
On the day the investigation came to light, Morrison sent a furious message to ADF personnel via a video address, saying that if the conduct was proven, it had brought the ADF into disrepute and “let down” all current and former serving members.
“Those who think that it is OK to behave in a way that demeans or exploits their colleagues have no place in this army,” he said. “If that doesn’t suit you, get out.” He said he would be “ruthless in ridding the army of people who cannot live up to its values”. “The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.” >>
Australian Army Values? This is what Army currently professes in its public/recruitment PR yet fails to uphold: https://www.army.gov.au/about-us/who-we-are/our-values
Morrison suspended or placed under investigation included senior and less senior army members (we shun the classist phrases of “commissioned”, “non-commissioned ” and “enlisted”)… with years of experience and in dozens or in some cases hundreds of soldiers under their command, including a Lieutenant-Colonel, a Major, a Captain, a Warrant Officer, and a Corporal. Yet there was never any military trial nor civilian trial for any. It was Morrison’s abuse of power to impose his captain’s call.
” If the tabloid concept of evil is the visible tip of an iceberg, signalling a submerged mass of more widespread psychological tendencies, then the effort to understand evil responds not to any theological dogma, but to Socrates’ philosophical imperative: “Know yourself!” …The idea that certain human rights ought not to be infringed – that these are “sacred”, even – implies not moral neutrality, but faith in a basic standard of decency. The outrage and protest frequently voiced in response to evil point to a deeply-held belief in norms of goodness and justice. [SOURCE]
The NSW Government’s Director of Public Prosecutions was requested to consider a brief of evidence against the Jedi Knight group by the New South Wales Police. (NSW (state) Police investigating Australia’s national military? – no jurisdiction so good luck!)
To get closer to the truth, some fact checking is warranted here. For starters, there are some lesser known aspects to this video, for the record, such that Morrison’s sententious speech was written not by him, but for him, by a fellow transgender in ‘this man’s Army‘. Men transitioning to women don’t tend to mix with alpha males – think of that 1994 Priscilla movie ‘Now You’re F***ed Scene” scene in Broken Hill out the back behind the pub…
Morrison’s speech was broadcast four years after the porn emails had started being distributed from a few NCOs serving in the Army informally and internally amongst fellow heterosexual male soldiers. Why the delay if the Army was genuine about ‘upholding defence force values’? Or was it upholding defence recruiting reputation for enticing more suckers into its lair from civilian society values?
It seems that the content (attached images and videos) over the years became more explicit and adding footage of their sexual encounters online without the women’s knowledge (so emulating akin the 2011 ADFA Skype sex scandal), then the email distribution increasingly widespread, but still amongst male serving soldiers and male ADFA cadets. Also, they set up a Facebook page from 2011 targeting gays in the military which managed to out and vilified several serving ADF personnel. It was the outed gays who went public to expose the Jedi Council.
How did Army brass not know, but they would have, and would have kept it under wraps as such scandals tend to be internally managed ‘boys will be boys‘ mentality) within the secretive ADF. But once the culture went public, Army especially calls in arse-covering consultants on a conditionally strict silence/confidential contractual basis. >>
Was Morrison fit for purpose as Chief of the Australian Army?
Well, Morrison did do peacekeeping s’pose (Bougainville and East Timor), then quit in 2015 on an upper-crust ranked ADF pension. He then went Civvy to quickly follow his leftist ideology and got appointed as Chairman of the Diversity Council Australia, a not-for-profit workplace diversity ‘advisory’/lobby group to try to convert corporate business in Australia to his alternative social philosophies.
The Defence investigation is continuing and is expected to last months.
Yet neither David Morrison or Cate (nee Malcolm) MacGregor ever saw combat active service – instead they did peacekeeping (eg: East Timor) and taught training (at Canungra, Queensland. Both had graduated as junior Army officers from OCS Portsea (1980) and RMC Duntroon (1977) respectively.
