Julian Knight will achieve his personal freedom from indefinite detention incarcerated as a political prisoner (since 2014) the day the High Court Judiciary finally decide to recognise its Constitution independence from the Legislature (Victorian State Parliament) and Executive (Victorian State Government) under the principle of the ‘Separation of Powers’ democratically enshrined in the Constitution of Australia.
When a radio shock jock like Neil Mitchell (now retired from shock jocking) can control the Legislature, we all live in a dictatorship, and at the mercy of the biases and political influence of shock jocks and their patsy pollies in power desperate for election. Napthine never did get elected as Victorian Premier.
Until then, the High Court court of Australia judges continue to be regarded as politically biased appointees and operatives for the (Victorian State) Executive of the day.
Napthine’s hate Bill was created by a vindictive politician, Denis Napthine (image above), never elected as Premier of Victoria. In 2013, Napthine succumbed to media pressure by Melbourne radio’s 3AW shock Jock Neil Mitchell to pass ad hominem legislation hatefully targeting Julian Knight who, according to his sentence in 1988 was set to become eligible to apply for parole in 2014. In doing so, Napthine and his Victorian Liberal Party usurped the Supreme Court of Victoria.
