New Corp’s Charles Miranda’s tanty over some bogus copyright hypocrisy

Copyright Chas?

For the purposes of copyright fair dealing, in this case for ‘review and criticism’. Bugger off!  We regurgitate an image of Charles Miranda below.

Now the Chas dude in the image montage below is the older one – in the middle between our Julian Knight (left) and a rather scary ‘knife-in-pocket-looking’ Belgian (right), who actually resides in Antwerp, Belgium – funnily enough.

Coward media can surely dish it out but such cry babies when unable to take retort backlash.  They’re so ‘sheltered workshop’ dedicates!

The reason we raise the matter of Chas’ “tanty over some bogus copyright hypocrisy” is that one of our own of The Knighthood, which oversees this herein website (julianknight.com.au) has copped extortionate email threats and bogus accusations from the scary looking one (right) since August 2025.   Our own being Philip Reed, (no relation) who’s contact email address is on this website:  philipreed@julianknight.com.au.

We regurgitate those received emails below in this article and we are not about to give the sender any courtesy of reply, but only on this website.

Mr Charles Miranda is one of the aged columnists of the Melbourne’s Herald-Sun newspaper who spends his life vilifying Julian Knight since 1987 to spiel and perpetuate antagonistic gossip about Julian and so get paid to do so by his tabloid boss News Corp Australia.  Miranda is quoted as condemning Julian Knight as “the nation’s most evil man“…

We regurgitate Miranda’s quote… for review and criticism of course:

We’ve had run ins with one Mr Miranda.

Many photos of arrested/incarcerated Julian Knight, following his Hoddle Street shooting spree in 1987, were taken and published by the media and reproduced subsequently by other competition media many dozens of times over the past nearly four decades – in print, television and online.

Hey Chas, check our regurgitated lot!

On this website we have full permission to use photos of Julian Knight.

Yet, none of these photos had Mr Julian Knight’s permission for publishing by the hatefully biased media!  Nor did they have Mr Julian Knight’s permission for republishing so repeatedly by various media outlets over the past four decades.

So, Julian would have a right to reciprocate sue for damages for the perhaps millions of copyright breaches of how many media newspaper editions?   What say claim a nominal $10 per image published per edition?   That could make him a multi-millionaire at the media’s chagrin.

Charles Miranda dummy spitting over copyright is akin to some media pack mentality that corporate media giants AP, AAP, News Corp, Fairfax, Nine Entertainment have been otherwise happy to share of the same images with the likes of The Guardian and the ABC, et al, so long as same consistently comply with pursuing the Liberal Party’s hate narrative campaign against imprisoned Julian.

Yet, tanty tanty – as soon as the media cop retort backlash from a counter source ‘The Knighthood’ in Julian’s defence – the media pack scream blue murder and attempt to legally claim ‘copyright breach!’  Friggen give over!   Give up all the hypocrisy and hissy fitting, media boys!

We highlight the basis for our reviews and criticisms of the media’s vindictive bias against of Julian Knight from the top:
