First, read this official Australian Army letter to wrongfully accused LTCOL Karel Dubsky and note its date, and frankly it’s a crap bureaucratic excuse, with no deserved apology by Army!

LTCOL Karel Dubsky was in 2013 summarily and wrongfully sacked by LTGEN Morrison without investigation or trial or court marshal. Morrison never apologised. Nor did his successor as Chief of Army LTGEN Angus Campbell in 2018, nor has the Army ever apologised.

Second, it was not written by the most senior officer at the time LTGEN David Morrison (Chief of Army 2011-2014) who since resigned in 2016 (forcibly, like inconvenient Julian Knight back in 1987), but by his replacement LTGEN Angus Campbell. We question here why no full Generals become Chief of Army. May be by that stage of Army rank promotion wisdom of the politics they retire in peace, else moreso don’t cut the mustard in sheltered workshop Canberran politicians’ eyes?

Frankly, we reckon Dubsky would ‘out-merit‘ [new term from this website] – ol’ cross-eyed LTGEN Campbell.

Dubsky was subject to ADF torture psychologically by Army under Chief of Army LTGEN David Morrison, whom the latter played indiscriminate ‘captain’s call’ mass sackings (Dubsky included) in Morrison’s trannie ideological hissy-fit vengeance longline trawling expedition.
